to use binary files on WIN32
Using the binary files for Win32:
When you download the ZIP file you have to
see the followings to run the program on your computer.
Step
01: Unzip the RUN_MLEEM.zip into a folder.

02: There are some files show
as followings:

03: Run program as followings:
A. cir.scn is the raw sinogram
of microPET. (i,e., It must
be 2D sinogram format.)
B. 22675968 is the file
sizes of cir.scn.
C. 10 is the user defined iteration times as running
MLE-EM alg.
D. When the program finish there produce the
image file
called “ALL_MLEEM_63_images.short”
with 128*128*2
shorting bytes that can be opened by Osiris4.17.
E. The raw
reconstructed microPET image is called “MLEEM_mPet_Image_n_m.raw”
with m means slice number and n iteration and
the file sizes 128*128*4
floating bytes.
